These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOMISS website, waitlist, and related pre-launch services operated by NOMISS Technologies Private Limited ("NOMISS", "we", "us", or "our"). By joining our waitlist or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
About NOMISS
NOMISS is a sports highlights and digest product currently in pre-launch. The website and waitlist are provided so interested users in India (and elsewhere, where permitted) can register interest and receive updates about early access. Features, availability, and pricing described on the site may change before or after public launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) to join the waitlist or use our services. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Waitlist registration
Joining the waitlist is voluntary and free. Submitting your email does not guarantee early access, a particular launch date, a subscription, or any specific product feature. We may accept, decline, or prioritise waitlist entries at our discretion, including for capacity, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. We may send you transactional and product-update emails related to your waitlist registration (for example, confirmation that you joined, launch announcements, or early-access invitations). You can unsubscribe from marketing-style updates where an unsubscribe option is provided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use the website or waitlist for any unlawful purpose • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authority • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems • Circumvent security or access controls • Use automated means to submit waitlist entries in bulk without our prior written consent We may suspend or remove access, including waitlist entries, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual property
All content on the NOMISS website — including branding, logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by NOMISS Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.
